Stunning and fantastic location, the staff were decent. Lovely room with balcony and amazing view from balcony, for example.

Appreciated my very very good stay for our visit to Assisi. This location was ideal, just off a winery on the property, the centre of Assisi and a bus stop. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel. My room was well-stocked and air conditioned and featured incredible view of the Umbria valley.

The rooms are compact and the continental breakfast offered has variety of dishes.

Unbeatable and easy location in Assisi, right by other locations to explore, the hill, and the main square in Assisi. It is very nice with beautiful views of the countryside and an exceptional swimming pool and other factilities. We enjoyed the stay with one exception (see below).

The hotel is not in the old city. If you have a car or love to walk, this isn't a problem. One gate to the city is about 800 meters away and there is ample parking. We went in July and it is very hot. We didn't have a car. There is a nearby bus stop, though, so it was a minor inconvenience, but there are many hotels in the old city itself. The price seemed good, and it was a nice family place but the walk to Assisi proper is a bear in the heat. Our fault for not doing better research.

Delightful hotel with beautiful rooms in a quiet area close to the city center. The town is easily accessed by bus and/or a safe 1km walk into town. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff.Terrific pool overlooking the valley.

This hotel is perfectly located in Santa Maria Maguire with a terrace and garden that offer stunning views. It's just a short distance from Assisi, making it a convenient choice. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel also offers great facilities like a beautiful pool and a luxurious spa.

The receptionist's attitude upon arrival was quite unwelcoming.

My wife and I stayed 4 days at La Terrazza. We enjoyed our stay. We got a newly renovated room very close to the pool. Everything worked perfect. The breakfast and the dinner was ok. Good base for visiting the many wonderful places in the neighbourhood: Assisi, Perugia etc. Walking distance to Assisi is only 15 minutes.

It was close to Assisi. We could park the car at Hotel and easy walking distance to Assisi - also easy bus access. The Hotel has a swimming pool if you need it.

The evening dinner was very variable. Some of it was excellent and some not good at all.
